I just got a gift certificate from my grandparents for Amazon, and I want to get lots of books. Do you guys have any ideas? I like fantasy, adventure, mystery, or classic books.

The Mysterious Benedict Society series by Trenton Lee Stewart. It has lots of adventure and plenty of mystery. One of the characters even has your name.
The series is about 4 gifted children who band together to beat the villian-- sounds pretty stereotypical, correct? But it's not. The characters are believable and relatable without being irritating or mushy. The plot is an elusive tangle of puzzles and conundrums. And all three books are steady in excellence-- the first one is best, but the sequels are nothing if not worthy of it. Never disappointing.
Perhaps check out the first one from a library, and then buy them if you like them. I couldn't recommend them more.
P.S: They are nothing at all like the Lemony Snicket books.

Oh, I love the Mysterious Benedict Society!
And try the Sisters Grimm series or the Land of Stories series. I loved them! They're fantasy.
I'm reading the Glass Sentence series right now, and I like it! You should try it!
Oh, and if you like classic books, read the Anne of Green Gables series! It's supre good, and I LOVE IT! Little Women is also really good, also the Secret Garden and a Little Princess. I love classics!

I've already read Mysterious Benedict society (that's where I got my name. I used to be Kate Wetherall. Kate isn't actually my real name.), Sisters Grimm, the Land of Stories, The Anne of Green Gables series, Secret Garden, and Agatha Christie. They're all really good books. @Booksy: On Netflix, I found a bunch of Poirot mysteries. My family and I have been watching them. They're pretty good! If you have Netflix, maybe you should try them out.
