Someone else made
Chatterbox: Blab About Books
New Any books thread!!!
Someone else made...
Someone else made one of these, maybe Katydid (I typed that and then thought 'hey, maybe she'll check this thread out, and then my brain was like she left, you idiot, so now I'm sad. Sorry, this is pointless, where were we? Oh, yeah, talking about how this isn't my original idea. I swear, if she made the original thread, I'm going to cry.*) So, anyway, in this thread you say any book you like, and ask if anyone else has read it. Feel free to DEBATE NOT ARGUE, recommend books, and talk!
* it was actually Moonfrost on the any book that catches your fancy thread, sorry guys.

Dragon Slippers is really fun and creative fantasy that will keep you reading :)
and I love Eragon and Eldest by the way. Brisingr is on hold for me at the library! Speaking of the library, there are 61 holds on Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. 61 holds. That is incomprehensible. The Chronicles or Prydain are awesome to. I love the characters! Eilonway has to be my favorite, but I love 'Good Old Doli' and Ffluwdur Flam and Gurgi as well!

YES!!! SOMEONE ELSE HAS READ DRAGON SLIPPERS!!!!!
I read the books a while ago. (It takes me about two to three days to read a book like that.) But ABSULUTELY LOVED IT!!!!
Dragons, adventure, fantasy... I actually was a bit bummed with all the romance though. Sorry but I am not a fan of romance.
*rolls eyes*
AND I JUST FINISHED THE NEW WINGS OF FIRE BOOK......*drumroll*
DARKSTALKER!!!!!!!!!
It was awsome! I actually thought drakstalker was a good guy for a little bit. (You know when everyone was like. Aaaaah an ancient overlord just popped out of a mountain. I was like. Yay!!! Now everyone can be friends and stop fighting for once!). (If that made no sense you have too read the "Moon rising" book. Moonwatcher is my fav dragon of all time.
Buuuuuut what I mean is...
DARKSTALKER IS A TOTAL JERK!!!!!!!!
I will try no too spoil any more except that I hate darkstalker. Frvr.

Has anyone read Jane Eyre or Villette?
The impact of those books on me was so big, it changed me and my writing. They're those kinds of books that stay with you forever. Even though few people have heard of Villette, I think I might even like it better than Jane Eyre, because of the subtlety of many of the lessons and the character development, the amount that you, as a reader, can discover and desipher for yourself, how the main character is revealed to you just a sliver at a time, and how, eventualy, you understand her better than she does herself. The MC is one of the most three-dimesional, beautiful characters I have ever read about. Also, it is incredible how far ahead of Charlotte Bronte's time both books are. They're are just mind blowing, and life changing. Please read them.
