Nah, I had no idea they even made a movie. And I only read the first one, precisely because they weren't so gripping that I just HAD to get the next ones from the library. I'd read the others if I could, but I might be able to go my whole life and never find out the ultimate fate of Meggie and her compatriots (though judging by the title of the last one, I'd say her dad dies).

Now, don't get me wrong- they were pretty okay, enjoyable books, it was just the villains. :(

Hmm...I'm trying to think of a book with villains in them that I liked and thought were good....Do you like mysteries? Have you every heard of Agatha Christie and/or Dorothy L. Sayers? The latter is more a very funny fiction that happens to have a robbery or murder occur during it (the writing is very good, and she is very funny) and the former is definitely funny, too, but centers more around the mystery. (I especially like her detective when it's Hercule Poirot, but her Miss Marple are good, too). I would suggest both of those authors to you to try out! I can't think of any fantasy authors right now, but I'll tell you when I do. :):):)

I LOVE Inkheart!!!!!!! I have Inkheart, Inkspell (Inkblood actually), and Inkdeath. We got Inkdeath as soon as we could. My dad traded Twilight for Inkdeath.

I saw the movie and it isn't terrible. It's just that they changed stuff. The books are great though. I have read all of them.
