Haha, no umlauts on windows.

Anyway, as most of you probably know I /do not like/ this series. However, there were *some* bits that I enjoyed. *watches as various peeps fall over in shock*

Hem.

1. James. He was awesome, hehe. Decent plan, nice litte villain monologue, and the guy who played him in the movie was truly drool-worthy.

2. Victoria. She was cool, even though smeyer's anti-feminism meant that she could never be a *really* good character. She was obviously dedictated to James, enough that she went totally gung-ho and full-out on her plans for vengence. Also, she was the only redhead that I remember in the entire series.

3. Leah. I think she had every right to be a bitter, vindictive harpy. She was also arguably the strongest female character in the books, and one of the only ones who was developed in a logical way (in BD, mostly).

4. Pre-lycan Jake. He was really sweet and awesome. Then he became a jerk. D:

5. Jessica. Again, I don't see why everyone thinks she's a complaint. She forgave Bella Sue for turning into a zombie for 6 months, being snarky and rude to her friends, and generally being nasty to everyone except Edward. That's not the sign of a gossipy complaint, y'know.

6. Actually... Pretty much all the non-Bella humans were pwnsome. 'Specially Charlie.

7. The Volturi. They were kinda lame 'cause smeyer clearly hated them, but the idea was pretty darn workable, I'd say. 'till the "Let's be friends" ending of BD, anyway. Also, <3 for Marcus.

Yeh... that's about it, really.

I like Jacob too. Bella seems to have a good time with him, better than she does with Edward. But, TNÖ (copy and paste the umlat; then you'll have one on your school computer!) you have favorite parts of Twilight? That's a shocker...

Notice, however, that none of my favourites deal with plot, and the characters I like are generally the ones the fans hate. XP

Anyhoo, yeah, too lazy to even C+P one. Microsoft should just come up with a better method, IMHO.

OH! I forgot! Team Tyler's Van! Yay Team Tyler's Van!

HAHAHA! I'm still Team Tyler's Van, though, I mean they were *so* close. Stupid Edward just had to get in the way, didn't he? :D

Heeheem yah, Edward did "get in the way"! I wish he hadn't. Then Bella would be dead, and there wouldn't be anymore to write about!!!

I like Twilight. Not love. I'm not sure if I like it enough to even be classified as a fan. At least not a big fan. With that said, I know that Twilight isn't great literature, but I do think that it is a fun-to-read, keep-your-attention, sufficiently original, much-better-than-Harry Potter (ugh, I hate Harry Potter) series. Which is more than I can say about most of the books I randomly pull off the shelf at the library in hopes of finding something good. They usually turn out to be boring, pointless, and painful. But that's off the subject. :)

Thoughts about future books: Are there going to be any future books other that Midnight Sun?

Favorite book in the series: Eclipse

Random comments about the movie: Edward's car had an Oregon license plate. Billy's truck had a California license plate. Kristen Stewart blinked a lot. Most Washingtonians don't use umbrellas (at least not the places I've been to).

Re: movie details that only the obsessed notice:

On the beach, when Erik chases Jessica with the snake/whatever thing, she screams "AH! Kristen! Help!"

KStew's facial expression was even the same when James broke her leg.

When KStew was in the hospital, her TV was playing footage showing James beating her up.

While KStew was researching vampires on teh Google, it showed a picture of an incubi. Incubi =/= vampire.

I think RPattz flipped Emmet off when they collided during the baseball scene. *snirk*

... Something tells me that this movie was poorly edited.

Yeah, I did notice the "AH! Kristen! Help!" line. But not the other ones. :) Also, Bella slips on ice walking out of her house. But if it's almost-constantly raining, there would never really be a chance for ice that thick to form.
