'Inkheart' Roleplay
Let's do am...

Let's do am Inkheart role-play! I DON'T mean that we should take characters from the books, we should start a new story, with the traveling in books-type magic. I'll set the feel.

I was in the hencoop, working for my mother on our farm. We are rather poor peasants, and our days are filled with endless bore. My mom called to me "Sudalecne, could you finish, my bread needs the eggs!" "Coming, mom!" Suddenly, everything dissapeared. My life had just suddenly changed, and I was somewhere different. My life had just taken a turn for the worse.

Yes! An Inkheart role-play! Does it matter if the character is in our world or the/an inkworld?

Senna sat cross-legged on the window seat, peering at the pages of the poor, battered paperback in the growing gloom. She was trying to lose herself in the ocean of the story, but it was like the words were only a few inches deep: her eyes slid away and she couldn't concentrate. Perhaps it was the sound of her mother's footsteps high above, walking from room to room, closing the doors like the eyes of the dead. Senna had expected to feel more emotion about leaving her childhood home. Once again she began at a sentence and started to read. This time she fell easily into the story, melding herself with the characters--except that this time it was different. This time, she went further.
When Senna's mother walked down the stairs, the first thing she noticed was the paperback lying alone on the window seat. Senna was gone.

Hawk was lying in his bed reading, when his Mom called "Time to go, Hawkie!"

"Coming.  Let me finish the chapter," Hawk called.

Five minuetes later, his Mom stormed up the steps saying "Come ON Hawk!"  But when she opened the door to his room, all she saw was the heavy blanket, thrown off the side of the bed, the book lying on the floor with the spine up.  It said "Inkheart."  And Hawk was gone.  Gone to the Inkworld.  He, like many before him, had left.  And he wasn't coming back.  Ever.

Noel sat in the Inkworld watching the water nymphs in the river when suddenly, she heard a noise. It was a a noise of people, coming up behind her. Her hearing was excellent; she never failed to notice anyone approaching. How hadn't she heard the people coming before now? They were quite near.

She turned around to see 3 children about her own age; a black-haired boy, a boy dressed in rags, and a tall girl. "Who are  you and and how did you get here?" asked Noel.
