Did anyone else find this story SUPERweird? I mean, he kills a guy because his eye freaks him out! Or am I missing the real point of the story? CBers, what do you think?

He just doesn't wanna face the cold, hard truth.
By the way, I heard this story performed at a Speech contest. I didn't actually read it.

Yeah, so every year in junior high we have to read this story (this is my second year now) and honestly the first time I was so wiered out. I mean, murder story are cool, but this was just... yeah, I had to re-read it a couple times to understand. Have you ever read The Cask of Amontillado? It's about this guy who like, seals his 'friend' in a catacomb. It's even weirder, in my opinion!
