Sorry everyone! I made this thread and it cut some of the things that I put on it off! This is a place to chat about the awesomeness of the awesomeness of the Wingfeather saga. If you want to blab about your favorite characters, chapters, spoilers, or Hollish tunes you've taught yourself to play on the piano (surely I'm not the only one)

I love the Wingfeather Saga! I thought I was the only one who read the books. The ending was so sad, I cried and cried and cried. (Yes, I get really emotional over books.)

I thought I was the only one who read The Wingfeather Saga on the CB too! And I totally understand about the end! It's sooooooooo sad! (Don't worry, you're not the only one who gets emotional over books. ;-) ) I was seriously starting to think no one would ever comment on this thread! Which character is your favorite? My favorite are Janner, Kalmar, and Leeli. I really can't bring myself to decide which is my favorite, though. If you have drawn any pictures feel free to post them! I will definitely be posting pictures that I have drawn. There's a great website for all things Aerwiar! And if you love the Wingfeather saga, then you'll be excited to hear that they're making an animated series of it now!

Oh wow! I never guessed that when I was reading it! And you've probably figured out the origin of my screen name now ;-) did you know that they're making an animated series of The Wingfeather Saga now?

Also, poor Janner. I think the whole "King" thing is really unfair. I mean, it depends on something that YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER!!! For goodness's sake, Janner has to be a SERVANT, just because he was first born!

Okay, I have three points (that are rather contradictory) to make:
1) I think it is cool that the second-born child becomes ruler, being the second (and youngest!) child of my family. For ONCE the younger kid gets the glory!
2) I kinda know someone who reminds me of Tink, and THAT IS NOT A GOOD THING. I believe I was never that small and annoying.
3) If I was Janner, I'd feel lucky—I mean, I wouldn't really want to find out that I'm gonna be the next ruler of the Shining Isle. Like, talk about responsibility! On the other hand, some people like the idea of power more than others.
4) Also, (I know I said three, but oops!) I wonder why there can't be a queen for once???!?! I think Leeli would make an awesome ruler! #teamleeli

Exactly! Why is it always the sons!? Why not the girl?
And I still think it's unfair that Janner has to be a servant. I mean, come on! I'd rather be free. Why is it a "Huge Honor" to be a bodyguard?

there has been a queen of Anneira! Madia! Oh wait, I don't think you learned about her yet. But if Leeli was second born, she would be queen! I like her better as a song maiden anyway! Well, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I'm just glad we all like the books!

Well, I wouldn't exactly say that! He's not really a servant, more of a protector. I'm the throne warden in my family you know ;-) you'll see how it turns out later in the series :-)
