So, what type of sickness?!
Well, sure hope we don't have to use catmint. We might as well bring feverfew and borage,(which brings down fever). Lavender would work just as well, though(which also helps bring down fever). Or perhaps thyme! (In my field guide it says,"This herb can be eaten to help calm anxiety and frayed nerves." I don't think we really need it, though......)
And tansy (that says in my field guide, "Good for curing coughs, but must be eaten in small doses." Better not bring too much....)!
*gathers catmint, feverfew, borage leaves, thyme, a little tansy, and extra catmint in mouth*
