You are entitled to your opinion, and I agree that BaB is filled with Warriors/Twilight threads. In fact, you have just created one! But although you can create other threads about other things, we will continue to create threads about these things. :/ If you want a place to talk about books that isn't filled with roleplays and arguments, try Cricket Readers Recommend, in Old Cricket's Library. Hope this helps :)

Ooh, yes, definitely. ^^ Have you seen the movie? I haven't... but from the commercials it looks like they ruined it. =/

I agree, the movie really looks terrible (in both scenes of the word)!

Em... What about Terry Pratchett and his numerous books? Anyone read any Terry Pratchett?
(March 29, 2009 - 12:46 pm)
I haven't read that many Terry Preatchett books, but the ones I have I've really loved (The Wee Free Men and the next two in that series, and Nation). Have you ever heard of Mercedes Lackey?

DIANA WYNNE JONES!!!!!
You should read Fire and Hemlock by her, also Howl's Moving Castle and its two sequels.

I love Diana Wynne Jones! I haven't read Fire and Hemlock yet, but I've read Howl's Moving Castle and its two sequels. Have you read Deep Secret or Hexwood?

What about the Shadow Children Sequence? Those are really good books!

I lovelovelove Terry Pratchit! 'Specially his discworld series... What have you read by him?
I also just finished The Call Of the Wild! It;s really funny (well not the end, naturally) but there are funny bits that catch you by surprise i.e., he said at one point that he wished he was a pregnant eskimo (there are rumours that wolves hate pregnant eskimo blood) and I BURST out laughing in class and laughed on... and on... and it was really embarrassing... *wanders off*

Most of the Discworld series. :) He's brilliant.

Redwall! The Penderwicks! Ugh I can't find my Penderwicks book! I had it in 5th grade or 6th grade sometime! It disappeared! *sigh* I"ll ask my mom if she saw it!

AAAAAAAH, REDWAAAAALL! *squees for like twenty minutes* I am in total and complete love with that series. Especially Rakkety Tam. There are like twenty of those now, I think. Read them!
(April 2, 2009 - 10:26 pm)
There're 15. I've got every single one!!!!!!!!!!(of the Redwall books, that is.)
(April 3, 2009 - 6:29 pm)
