EEK! Laughing star, I'm sorry! *before starts vigil runs to Laughingstar* Here! I'll fix this first! Oh, I dont' have to sit vigil, Icepaw? Ok. *runs to Med. Cat den and gets herbs and cobweb and fleece* Here, I'll first wash it carefully. *washes the stump carefully* Now, I'll put on some wild garlic, a bit of marigold, a small amount of comfrey, and now I chew them together. Eww. *grimaces as chews* There. That should keep it uninfected, and mostly soothed. Let's rap around some fleece the apprentices found, and wrap it all up in cobweb. You need to be very careful walking, and don't move unless you have to. Umm, Snowstorm? Do you think you could maybe spare a warrior or apprentice to help Laughingstar get around? You know what? I'm still the medicine cat apprentice! I'll do it! *helps Laughingstar to den* *whispers,* It's all right. Did you lose a life from that trap?

*whispers back* Yes, yes I did. Lost one to the trap, and a few more to various other... things. I blundered into a denful of badgers, which didn't end well, and some Twoleg children who were intent on using me as a slingshot target. *wince* Ouch! Stupid paw... (or lack thereof. Lol.)
