Book Recommendations?I am...

Book Recommendations?I am very picky,so here is what I like.

1. Very exciting books (duh)

2. Preferably fantasy or fiction

3. Sad books (They make the reader more attached; therefore more interested.)

Well, I mostly read funny books, so I don't think you'd like anything that I read... But there is an EXCELLENT series that is both sad and funny. It is called The Land Of Stories and I make a rather good appearance in it.

I posted about this already, but Stonebird by Mike Revell has a sad, bittersweet ending and subplot. There is a lot of action and it is fiction. Some mild language and heavy themes like bullying and dementia.

You might like it!

Read all the School for Good and Evil books you can get your hands on. They are amazing, with immensly thick plots and quirky ideas. The overall message might be a bit unsettleing, but it is an amazing book.

- Percy Jackson

- 11 Birthdays series

- Escape from Mr. Lemoncello's Library

Those are the best books I've ever read. (Harry Potter was really good too, but you've probably already read it.)

I would say maybe... the Coast watcher, The C.H.A.O.S. series, the Invention of Hugo Cabre, or The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Have you ever listened to a book on tape?

You read the invention of Hugo cabret ! My librarian (she is awesome ) she said it was realy good and we watched the movie .though she stopped at the part wear he is about to put the key in the robot . I did not even bother spelling it's real name . That was the last library class of the year so we will just have to rent the movie.
