"Wet," Harry answered truthfully. Ron made a noise, either out of jubilation or disgust, Harry could not tell.

~Gilderoy Lockhart. Memory removed.
~Remus Lupin. Publicly revealed to be a werewolf.
~Alastor Moody. Locked in a trunk for nine months.
~Dolores Umbridge. Attacked by centaurs.
~Severus Snape. Became headmaster.

Quirinus Quirrell-Died
Gilderoy Lockhart-Memory loss/fraud
Remus John Lupin-Got exposed for his lycanthropy and resigned so as not to harm anyone
Alastor Moody-Only ever intended to stay one year and go back to retirement
Barty Crouch Jr. (not sure if this one counts, but technically he DID teach DADA) -Exposed as death eater/dementor's kiss
Dolores Umbridge-Became Headmaster/did illegal things as teacher
Severus Snape-Became Headmaster/died later
P.S. I didn't include Carrow because Harry didn't have school in seventh year, so we leave on Snape.

First Year-Quirrel. Voldemort stopped posessing him and he died.
Second year-Gilderoy Lockhart. His Memory Carm backfired and he lost his memory in the Chamber of Secrets.
Third Year-Remus Lupin. It was revealed that he was a werewolf.
Fourth Year-Mad Eye Moody. It wasn't the real Mad Eye Moody, and anyway, the fake one was kissed by a dementor.
Fifth Year-Dolores Jane Umbridge. She was kicked out, I think.
Sixth Year-Severus Snape. Snape showed that he was really against Dumbledore (not really).
By the way, about the question I wrote before, the answer is:
