Chatterbox: Blab About Books
Harry Potter Trivia
Open to all...
Open to all Potterheads!!!!
Here are the rules:
-You have to have read all the books.
-DO NOT comment until you can see the latest comment. We don't want to get mixed up.
-No questions that aren't in the series; e.x: what's Hermione's favorite food?
-NO CONSULTING THE BOOKS. IT'S CHEATING.
I think the rest is self-explanitory; you answer the trivia question, then post one of you own.
Question: Name all 7 Horcruxes.

Actually, his first crush was madam Rosmerta in the third book.
As for the bonus, I'm counting it as 14 correct.
You forgot Daphne Greengrass.
She is Draco's sister in law.
Next question: In the third book, when the Weasley's, Hermione, and Harry were having dinner at The Leaky Cauldron, what made almost everyone snort into their pudding?
(February 4, 2016 - 6:56 pm)
It was when Fred and George said that the cars that would come to pick them up would have flags that said FB for Fat Head (or something) instead of First Boy. Next question: how is Beauxbatons Academy pronounced? I always get confused. Also, did anyone else have to do the weird letter code thing to make sure you're human?
A code is required before any comment is submitted to Chatterbox. So yes, everyone encounters that.

I think it's pronounced bo-ba-ton (the n is almost silent), but I'm not entirely sure. Next question: What was Luna Lovegood's patronus? Sorry if someone already asked that question, I am too lazy to read through all the questions.
(February 6, 2016 - 5:19 pm)
It was a hare.
What was the name of Madame Pomfrey's cure for the common cold? (Hint: it's a potion.)
(February 6, 2016 - 10:25 pm)
I'm not sure, but I think it starts with Pepper.

Actually it was Head Boy, not First Boy. Fred and George said that HB would stand for Humongous Bighead. BeauxBaton is French for beautiuful stick, or wand. I know because I'm French and I speak French. It's pronounced, as you Americans would write it, Bow-Baat-ohn. Next question: Who wrote Hogwarts a History? NO GUESSING! AND NO CHEATING! And yes, Everyone does have to pass the weird letter human exam.

Mmm...
BB... Bathilda Bagshot? Wasn't that her name? Or was it someone else?
(February 7, 2016 - 9:40 am)
@Juliana M., I pronounce it Bow-bat-on-s. But that's me. ;)

Here's a question since nobody did one: What house does the sorting consider putting Hermoine in? (Yes it says this in the book. Trust me.)
(February 7, 2016 - 3:44 pm)
Hmmmm, was it Ravenclaw? Just guessing on that one, because that would probably have been my choice if I were the Sorting Hat.
(February 7, 2016 - 10:12 pm)
Oh and my question is... What were Harry's last words? (The first time he died, since we don't know when he really died, if you know what I mean.)
(February 7, 2016 - 10:14 pm)
Technically, his last word was, "Yes," whispered to Narcissa Malfoy when she asked if Draco was alright.
