I've totally been meaning to read this, but my library doesn't have it, so I don't know when I'll be able to! I really want to, though; I've heard so many good things about it from BHR. :)

I READ ALL FIVE BOOKS ON KINDLE AND THEY'RE AWESOME!!!! Everything went the way I wanted to. S.E, u HAVE to read them all!!

@ Cayke: I've read them all except In High Valley, but I REALLY want to read that one too! I just haven't found it. It's rather illusive to me.

I know, I did too! Just, oui. Falling down the stairs hurts enough. I can't imagine falling off of a swing so high and falling so hard you hurt yourself like that. Especially in the days before pain killers. Just, yeah no. I wouldn't care for that.

 

You know there's a What Katy Did movie. It very loosely follows the book, but the movie itself isn't too bad, so long as you're prepared for it to be pretty different. By the end of the movie I was happy with it, cause the ending was, at least to me, satisfying in its own right. Plus Megan Follows plays Cousin Helen, so you absolutely can't go wrong with that. And Alison Pill, the girl who plays Katy, did a fairly good job portraying her.

Megan Follows! She was sooooo good in Anne of Green Gables.

I loved her as Anne! I loved that whole adaption of AGG; it was so well done!

@ S.E.: I KNOW. I LOVE Megan Follows! She's one of my most favorite actresses just for her role of Anne!

@ Everinne: Ditto!!!! I'm a huge Megan Follows fan! That is my most favorite Anne adaptation. As you said, it was so well done, and Megan captured Anne SO well! Everything in it was just perfect!

IKR, I hated it when she hurt her back... Wow. Ouch. Just, ouch. This was a really good book! I haven't read it in such a long time, I don't really remember it that much, but I do know enough to talk about it.
