OH MY GOSH YOU'VE READ THIS TOO?! I love The Girl Who Could Fly! The plot is fantastic and intense, the characters are endearing, and it was so well written. I've written Victoria Forester multiple times to find out if she'll write a sequal since she left tons of room to, but she never replies. I keep hoping though!

And YES I'm hoping she'll wrire a sequel, too. It's driving me crazy.

Wow, this comes at the perfect time!

Yes, I am absolutly loved this book!!!!!! It's actually our book club book for the month, though I read it a long time before. I really loved the twist ending! The story is really fantastic, and I kept laughing so hard at the last ballgame scene, just because things had changed so much!

Yes! Someone else has read this!! This book was my life in 4th grade! It reminded me of X-Men which I love as well. It also inspired parts of my novel, in a way. I need to reread it sooo bad!

Cappie says marn. Sounds like a word, but it isn't, Cappie. Not really.

I read it and loved it too! There is another book coming out by the same author called "The Boy Who Knew Everything" but no one knows if it's a sequel or not. The title sounds like it could be though...

I think I'll read this sometime. I saw it at a book fair a few years ago but didn't buy it. It was over my reading level back then. I think that was back when I read a bunch of those Rainbow Magic books by Daisy Medows about those 2 girls who were always finding fairies. Oh, how those books bring back memories! I remember my first chapter books. There were 3 of them about these girls going on adventures. I remember sitting on my bed with my sister, and my mom was reading them. One day I asked, "Mommy, why can't I read those on my own?" Aw! Little me! I read the Junie B. Jones books in kindergarten. Magic Tree House soon after. Then those Rainbow Magic ones. Soon I was reading Katie Kazoo Switcharoo. Sorry I'm so off topic. I think I'll make a thread about this this afternoon.

Wasn't I just talking about this book? Yes, yes I was.

It's great. I should reread it. I should reread pretty much everything in the genre, but I remember this one being one of the good ones. One of the great ones. It was really good. Piper was an awesome character. I enjoyed it a lot even though one of the pages was ripped out of the copy I was reading.

Love this book! Whose "power" would you want to have? I guess I would want Piper's. Or Conrad's.
