Yes, I read this book. I was crying so many times throughout the book, escpecially when Augustus died. Although I think some parts weren't appropriate for reader of our age.

I was so sad during many parts of this book, especially the very end after Augustus died and Hazel is reading the letter he (Augustus) wrote to the author of An Itmperial Affliction. I'm blanking on his name. I was bawling, which is extremely unusual for me, when Augustus died, and also at the part where Hazel keeps saying The Last Good Day, or The Last Good Day Before The Last Good Day. That was fore-shadowing something terrible.

I agree though, that it is pretty inappropriate for my age group (10-12). Still a great book!

Aw man, this book was just perfect.

Their love was amazing. John Green did an IMPECCABLE job illustrating it!

There was a lot of controversy about certain parts, but all I have to say about that is that it was appropriate for the story.  It made the plot that much better, because they're forever intertwined.

Anyway, I cried SO hard in the last 50 pages.

On another note, the movie was great! Usually if i read the book, I dread the movie, but they did a really good job! They stayed true to the book!  And that's a rare thing for Hollywood. Shailene and Ansel were beyond perfect together.

I wouldn't recommend this book for anyone under 14.  I've been exposed to a lot of stuff, so that's just my opinion.  Others may recommend it for older than that, but that's their opinion.
