Chatterbox: Blab About Books

I'm trying to...

I'm trying to find out the title of a particular book which I discovered in the YA section at a Barnes & Noble store recently. (of course, I didn't think to write down the title when I was there :(). As I don't know whether I'll be returning to the B&N anytime soon, I was wondering whether anyone might be able to help me figure out the book's title.

The book had a navy-colored book jacket with the image of a young man and woman standing together benath the night sky, as I recall. I want to say that the title was something like Under the Midnight Stars, but a Google search for that was fruitless. The book flap described a story about a half-Jewish, half-English young woman living in Germany during World War ll.

If anyone has an idea of the title, or even the author, I'd appreciate finding out! Thanks.

Try looking up The Book Thief on Amazon, then look to see what other books like it are suggested.

Was the book Love by the Morning Star by Laura L. Sullivan? I googled "half-Jewish, half-English young woman living in Germany during World War ll" and the final website to come up was the Barnes and Nobles website with that book.

I hope this helped!

Thanks, BHR! That's the book :). I used many, many other search terms on Google, but didn't think of using that one. Thanks again, and I'll let you know what I think of the book.

You're welcome! I know, it's so hard to find the exact key words. I run into that all the time, especially when trying to find a book. But it was no problem. I look forward to hearing the review!
