DCF or State Book awards
Soo, in our...

Soo, in our state we have this thing called the DCF (Dorothy Canfieled Fisher) book award, and its for middle school students. Basically, they gice you a list of 30 books, and if you read 5 or more on tha tlist, you can vote for your favorite and at the end of the year, the state announces what book got the most votes. Its really awesome, and I always read the books as soon as the list comes out:)

Then I got wondering if any of your states also had awards like this, and if you all like them as much as I do!! Please tell me what you think!!!

We don't have that here... but I get plenty of reading time anyway. I currently have 15 books checked out from the library, along with over 79 books that I own, 7 of which are currently my favorite series.

I love reading! 

And also dragons. Those are nice too.

It changes. A lot.

Right now it's The Last Dragon Chronicles (Chris D'Lacey) but there's also the Winston Breen series (Eric Berlin) and Percy Jackson (Rick Riordan).

Love TLDC, though. Definitely my fav right now.
