I've actually read the second book too, so answering any of these questions might set off a spoiler alert. Just sayin'.

1. Castle Glower is the only name that fits, to me.

2. I can't  answer this question since I ALREADY know where (from the second book :/ )

3. I should really read the first chapter again... Oops
