White Fang is the greatest book I ever read.  I loved it from the very first page.  The author, Jack London, is a very good writer, and the best parts of the book were his descriptions of the Alaskan Wild. The story is basically about a half wolf half dog who is named White Fang.  Many humans are very cruel to him, and force him to be vicious and fight other dogs, but it has a relatively happy ending.

I read this book at the beginning of summer; it was really great! I'm looking forward to reading Call of the Wild; do you know of any other great books by Jack London?

I really like this book, even though some parts can be really sad. I like it better then Call of the Wild, because instead of turning from a house dog into a wild wolf, he turns from a wild wolf, into a house dog.:)
