Chatterbox: Blab About Books

So I got four books signed by a famous children book author, Jane R. Wood. She actually also wrote the books she signed. 

Here's how I got it signed. My local Barnes & Noble bookstore had a book signing, and Jane R. Wood was there! I was so excited. She visited my school to chat with the fourth grade about her books a few years ago. It was such a treat to see an author and actually talk to her, right there in person. It was so awesome!!

They had four books on display, and my dad allowed my siblings and me to buy all four. I haven't started reading them yet, I will soon! The books we bought were Ghosts on the Coast: A Visit to Savannah and the Low Country, Voices of St. Augustine, Trouble on the St. Johns River, and Adventures on Amelia Island.

Jane R. Wood actually resides in Jacksonville, Florida. I like how the books she wrote were set in Florida, which is where I live (except for the ghost one).

It was a very awesome opportunity, and I was glad to go to Barnes & Noble that night! :D
