My second identity originated as a favorite book character of a book character, then later got her own series. Her greatest enemy is an evil genuis who used to be a filmmaker.

it's a male, and he is from a very well know book series.
He isn't human, but he looks like one.
He is very good with a bow and arrow.
New hint that will give it away, but I want to move on go my next identity: the series has three books.
