I'm taking Umbridge to a new level!

My sister and I started getting into a conversation that I wanted mass opinion on. 

We were talking about if what Umbridge did in the Harry Potter book, right or not. But on an unusual point of view: The bad guys. 

We both had opposing views about this. My sister started off by saying that, yeah, Umbridge had her good sides: She liked Slytherins, made stuff hard for the Gryffindors, but she went a little too far. Like banning Quidditch. And clubs. She hasn't read the book, only heard a bunch about it from me, the Internet, etc, but maybe someone else agrees with her?

And on the other hand, I told her it was a good thing. At least Slytherins still got to play Quidditch, and the more practice they had, the better they'd be over everyone else. And who knows, if Umbridge had stayed, she might have jinked the Quidditch field for the other team, for all I care, she might have let the Slytherins learn new cool tactics, just to see everyone else fail. 

My sister also thought that the way she punished people a bit disturbing. She nearly cringed when I told her about the time Harry had to write lines for her. I get that it might be disturbing for some people, but she always says she hates Harry. I say 'so what, let Harry get injured, he deserves it after being such a jerk.' 

She also brought up how full she thinks Umbridge was of herself, and how do I think it's cool that the Slytherins had to learn boring stuff about the Ministry. But, um, hello. We're Slytherins. Umbridge = the Ministry = bad guy paradise! The Ministry is where all the bad guys plan on taking over the world on, where Voldemort did end up taking over, an easy way to control the whole wizarding commnity! Learn about the Ministry, and in the future, we might have Voldemort repeats with the students! Think about it, bad guys! You could dominate the world! And so what, if its's too advanced? Umbridge will slink the Slytherins through it. 

Overall, bad guys are in their DREAM SCHOOl with Umbridge as headmistress! All their evil intentions, wishes, hopes, and dreams come to life under her rule! 

But on the other hand, some bad guys might be a bit frustrated with her. Maybe not all bad poeple want to dominate the world via the Ministry? Maybe not at all? Maybe they have other dreams at hand. To stop world peace and wreak havoc like Peeves? Maybe they really don't think learning about the Ministry is necessary, and would just rather go about it in their own way. They are just children, who probably don't see the point in education. 

So I really want to know.. what do you think? From a bad guy's point of view.. did Umbridge take things a bit too far? Or did her methods make the school perfect?
