So, the Edge...
So, the Edge of Finalia is coming out on Amazon soon. Yay! Has anyone on CB read it yet? If you have I want to know what you think of it. I enjoyed the part about the way Hawk described the surrounding. I think she has a distinct love of purple....
Jasper says prwp (please respond when possible).

What is the Edge of Finalia? Is it a book? What is it about?

Yes, the Edge of Finalia is a book. It's written by Delores Hawk. It's about a girl called Gemma, Gemma lives in a futuristic world. Where she lives in a "utopia" style city. In the "utopia", Gemma doesn't really fit in. Her only friends are her sister (Baby Ruby), Lecko (a Boarder Watcher, someone kind of like a guard), Lady English (her teacher who is also known as Sar-Aga), and some of the other thirteens (people in that world are called the number of their age, for example, a group of thirteen-yerar-olds would be called "thirteens"). Gemma has to take a test to decide her future, but gets angry with the test and burns it. She then runs away and goes off on an adventure to defeat the maw (devourer of universes). This story is a sci-fi, and contains things like "magic", wizards (they are the native inhabitants of this land), realistic dreams, mind control, and a spunky female heroine. I find it very enjoyable, and I am sorry if my synopsis is not the best. I hope that answers your question.

I clicked on this thread just because of the pure awesomeness of the title. I'll definitely look through it!

I looked it up on Google and a link took me to Pseudonymous Boch's blog. I only read three sentences and fell in love with it. I shall wait diligently until it arrives on Amazon.
