There has been peace between dragons and humans for 40 years. The dragons take human form, and come to court as ambassadors, teachers, and scholors. But as the treaty of their peace approaches,Prince Rufus is murdered in a suspiciously dragon like way. Seraphina is an amazingly taleted musician, but she has a secret. She's half dragon. She and Prince Lucian Kiggs must diacover the truth behind prince Rufus's murder, before the peace is distroyed.
