Miss peregrine's home for peculiar children.

by Ransom Riggs

This book is amazing. When i read the book i could see every movement and facial expression. There are six books in all.

Jacob Portman is a fiveteen year old living in Florida, his grandfather tells him stories about a childrens home in Whales. Jacob does not belive him but when his grandfather dies he takes a trip to Whales. Getting to Whales he finds the home destroyed. Looking around in the house he heres vocies. Curious he explores, the voices turn out to be his grand fatheres friends from the childrens home.

This book is walking the line between mild horror and adventure. In some of the chapters there are black and white photos aswell. Again on of the best books i have ever read. I would say this is a ten out of ten.
