It also hepls you when you want to learn more about a historical event. Like in this book Jack and Annie travel to Antartica to search for the last secret of happiness for Merlin. They use a poem that Morgan give them a sorceress. They also get a book about Antartica they disguise themselves as tourest and travel to and ask people about a happiness. They end up nowhere but when Jack falls in a crack they wake up and ........................your going to have to find out by reading the book.

Sorry, I used to read these, but I stopped in 3rd grade because I could read about 3 per day, and I just didn't think it was worth getting 20 at a time from the library. Actually, I'm not allowed to get that many—and they never have that much at a time—and I only get to go to the library every so often. Besides, they're just such easy reads, I'd rather focus on other books, anyway—if they were easy in 3rd grade (they were), they'd be super-easy now!
