I really didn't think that anyone other than me had read the Bartimaeus Trilogy!!! I enjoyed the trilogy, although it wasn't my favorite. I don't think that it beats Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings, but it is a great read for any one who loves fantasy and is done with all of the Twilight series and is bored to tears without anything new. :)

Good Series. The Ending's a little sad, though.

I don't usually like sci-fi but this was amazing! Jonathan Stroud makes you sympathize with the characters by adding tons of details with their personal life. The end made me cry and laugh.

I loved that series and am rereading it right now, but Nathaniel wasn't six, he was twelve.

I haven't read this book, but my little brother has, and he's reading me all the funny parts. I laugh out loud.

I finished the third book yesterday. It was the first time in a long time that I cried over a book. This is one of my FAVORITE book series. I loved the humor as well. I also have a new favorite author! Did you know that there's a new Bartimaeus Book (The Ring of Solomon) coming out later this year? I can't wait!

I have only completed the first book of this series, but I met Jonathan Stroud at a book store event for the Lockwood & Co. series, which I enjoyed immensely!
I enjoyed all of the fast-paced magic within the book and the story. It is about a sorcerer, an apprentice, and powerful magic!
