If you like historical fiction then I am certain you will love Number The Stars. This book takes place in Denmark during the German ocupation. Although there are some suspenseful parts, nothing too disturbing happens. Annemarie, who is the main character, has to face her fear of the German soldiers and save her Jewish best friend before she is relocated!!!
