The Chronicles of Narnia Prince Caspian
by C.S LewisDo you like reading about mystical lands? With mystical creatures? This book is about 4 children that go back to the magical world of Narnia after their first visit except it's 100 years later. They meet new creatures, fight new enemies and see old characters. In their adventure they have to fight some new enemies called telmarines that want to destroy the narnians. This book was so good I couldn't put it down.

Oh, CoN was good, and the obvious Catholic allegories were well done. But they butchered the movie of Prince Caspian. :P Like, that whole scene at the end with Susan and Caspian kissing? No. That was awful. Though Caspian's actor was good.
Actually, it's been a few years since I read the whole series through, but the general idea is still in my brain, and I read CSL's bio, which was interesting. Point of intrigue: CSL showed his unpublished ms of the Narnia books to his writer friends, and the majority of them hated it. They said it was awful writing and too involved. Huh.
