This book is about four kids who are saving the world. Reynie Muldoon is the silently elected leader, a normal looking boy, who is actually quite abnormal. Sticky, actually named George Washington, got his nickname because everything he speed reads sticks in his mind forever and ever. He is a very smart boy. Kate Weatheral is a very kind-hearted girl wwh always carries her reed bucket. It is filled with useful things like a horseshoe magnet, marbles, a slingshot, a kalidescope/telescope, and more. The last child is named Constance Contraire. She is very short, stubborn, ornery, and likes to come up with insulting rhymes. This series of 4 will leave you crying one page, and laughing the next. They are my favorite of all time, simply because everything that happens was never expected to be.
