The Lightning Thief

The Lightning Thief is a book about the Roman gods and a boy. The boy is on a mission to find the answer to a mystery. Zeus' lightning bolt is stolen and Zeus thinks the boy has it. So the boy has to prove that he dosn't have the lightning bolt and find out who does. This is a very good book with lots of surprises. I would recommend this book for anyone who is into mythology, mystery, or adventure.

I've read the entire series! It's great! I can't wait until the next one (The Last Olympian) comes out! Sometimes, I find the main character a little hard to relate to, so then I just try to focus on other characters, like Annabeth, Grover, and Rachel. It works! I love this series!

It came out May 5th. Although the books were amazing, does anyone else think that Percy himself was really annoying? I liked the other characters better.

It is kind of boring. The series is okay but it kind of is too funny and too literal.

This book was ok. First, too many surprises and second, some of my friends read it and said the same thing. Last, I'm not a bookworm.
